pulled into the Oblivion.

sometimes when u are alone wif yr thoughts., not even in the dark, the amount of terror and loneliness you feel..can get so scary and all-compassing......

it drowns out yr other thoughts, and the walls close in.
its hard to push back into reality..and you almost understand why suicides occur.

i must learn to take a deep breath and regulate my own feelings. stop beating myself up for all the wrongs i've done......and avoid tt kick to my shin too.
