For that I thank you

So many things so many words
So many feelings so little words
i wrote this in my mind
last night when i couldnt sleep
thinking of you

we begin
and the smile on your face was brilliant
like the stars.

I was high with love

you gave me everything i could ever dream of
and others i hadnt dare dream.
you gave me things that i would never be able to afford
and others that others cant match.
you gave it your all
you gave me everything
so for that i thank you.

And I was deep in love before i knew it.

but when you came home to me
all the way from half round the world,
your world seems brilliant
but your smile-
your smile didnt seem as bright as before.
we lost a little something
something changed.

and then i was in a stew.
what do i do?
for all that i cannot lose
is you, you
and you.

then i realise
for the first time, i know what is it like
to love someone more than myself.
and for that i thank you.

I came to a decision last night.

and now the choice is yours.
to where you wanna go.
i'll honor it-
and go where the wind blows.

So for all, I thank you you for that.
